Would you rather vacation at the beach, a Scottish castle or Paris and why?

As you might tell from this stock photo of Heilean Donan Castle, I chose Scotland. I’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy several beach vacations and spent four days in Paris in 2017. As much as I’d love to repeat those experiences, going new places became a priority to me, especially after COVID. During the long months/years when we didn’t travel, it was the places I hadn’t seen that I yearned for.

While I won’t be heading to Scotland anytime soon, in just one month my husband and I will be heading off on a bucket list adventure. We’re going to pull our holiday trailer from British Columbia to Nova Scotia (and back again). We’ve set aside six weeks and will be cramming in as many new places and experiences as possible. It’s something we’ve talked about doing for years and are finally going to make a reality!!
